Virginia (Ginny) Clary joins the College of Science as a Proposal Coordinator with a specialization in pre-award grant management. She has worked at several R1 institutions, most recently at Auburn University and the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, before coming to Oregon State University. She has experience in grant submission at most major federal funding agencies, including National Institutes of Health, National Science Foundation, and Department of Defense, as well as a wide variety of foundations. She received her B.A. from the University of Virginia in 2008 and her M.A. from the University of Georgia in 2011 in Political Science and International Affairs. She has a Certificate in Grant Writing and has led several workshops over the years in the areas of grant funding opportunities, grant writing, and grant management. Ginny works remotely.
